Refund & Return Policy

1. Allowed Time Frame

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.

2. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns or Exchanges

To ensure the request is accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • The original purchase invoice must be attached.
  • The reason for return or exchange must be valid (damaged, wrong, or not as described item).
  • The request must be submitted via WhatsApp or email within the specified period.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (especially software and accessories).
  • Products purchased under final clearance sales.
  • Customized or personalized products made upon the customer’s request.
  • Corporate or institutional orders after delivery (unless a technical fault or damage is proven).

4. Shipping & Return Fees

  • If the error is from our side (wrong or defective item): We will cover all shipping and return costs.
  • If the return is due to the customer (change of mind, wrong item ordered): The customer will bear the shipping and return fees.

5. Refund Method

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after inspecting and approving the returned product.
  • If payment was made by bank transfer or STC Pay, please provide your bank account details when requesting the refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • You may be asked to send photos of the product and its condition via WhatsApp.
  • A replacement or full refund will be provided based on the evaluation of the case.
