1. Definitions

"Store": Refers to the iOcean platform (store.iocean.com.sa) and all its digital services.
"Customer" or "User": Refers to any individual or business entity using the platform or purchasing products from it.
"Products": Include computer devices, accessories, software, and technical services offered through the store.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the platform or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The store management reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page.

3. Accounts and Registration

Customers must register an account to place an order.
All provided information must be accurate and up to date.
The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Account sharing is prohibited.

4. Orders and Payment

Due to fluctuations in pricing and product availability based on market conditions and stock, customers must confirm the availability, quantity, and final price with customer service on WhatsApp before completing any order.

Payment can be made using accepted methods (Mada, Visa, MasterCard, STC Pay, Bank Transfer).
The store reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, quantity issues, or policy violations.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available within Saudi Arabia and takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the city and order type.
Shipping fees vary based on weight and delivery location.
The store is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping company.

6. Warranty Policy

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for 12 months, or as specified on the product page.
The original purchase invoice must be presented to claim the warranty.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, tampering, liquids, or breakage.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law:

Customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 7 days of receipt if:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was shipped.
- The product is unopened and unused.
Opened software or corporate customized products cannot be returned once opened or used.

8. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, designs, trademarks) is owned or licensed by the store. Copying or using any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The store is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products.
The store’s maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the value of the purchased product.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In case of any disputes, Saudi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
